Our premium studios (25m2) have a dining area with a kitchen, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a bedroom area with a large queen size bed (160 x 200cm).
Fully equipped, with Cocooning decoration, the Premium studios are composed of a relaxation and dining area with kitchen, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, basin and WC and a bedroom area with large bed double (160 x 200cm). The bedding is top of the range and of natural origin, certified OEKO-Tex standard 100 (without chemical treatment, without harmful emission).
Ideal for a few days getaway or just a night to relax.
Some studios are on the ground floor, others upstairs, you can choose your style on the booking page. The studios on the ground floor have a small wooden patio with garden furniture depending on the weather, they are very accessible.
THE BEDROOM AREA
1 large double bed 160 × 200cm, high-end mattress and natural chemical-free material. The beds are prepared before your arrival.
Storage with wardrobe
The rooms on the ground floor can accommodate a third person (Comfortable folding bed for a third person at an additional cost, to be selected on the reservation page). Baby equipment subject to availability, no extra charge.
THE BATHROOM
Shower room with very large walk-in shower (160 × 90cm), toilet, sink with storage unit.
Organic Cotton towels, hospitality products, hair dryer.
THE RELAXATION / MEAL AREA
A relaxation area with armchair and coffee table, and for meals a dining table and 2 chairs.

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine (filter), a refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, 2 induction hobs, stove and pan, dishes and cutlery, utensils and of course the accessories to taste delicious and local seafood.
Kitchen towels, trash bag, sponge and dishwashing liquid are provided.
A courtesy tray is offered upon your arrival (coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, milk, confectionery)
Cleaning service at departure is included.
